Great local bar with an amazing model train layout. The bar is quaint and even the rooms are decent, though very thinly walled. Showers were unattached but well maintained/clean. Three times during the night we suffered the drunken antics of a young local man (apparently lost/disoriented) who sas trying to enter our room and others. Response from AK state troopers was grudgingly provided, with the additional caveat that that specific area was notorious for such things. Trooper encouraged staying elsewhere. Great place with good people and beer. Pool table, owner often is on premise and a fascinating guy to talk to with extensive knowledge of local history.
